Lashed Leather Rocking Chair

Specs:

Fabricated from all 1" round tube with forged scrolls. Blackened satin finish on the steel frame. Lashed leather seat and back.

14" seat height. 24" to peak of the arm arc. 47.5" to top of seat back. 

SPO for metal frame and leather color. (GR1092)

The Story:

This rocking chair was conceived as a chair for my wife and I to sit in to feed our daughter when she was an infant. By the time I was finished designing and then fabricating (8.2011), it was a little late for its original intent. Now I love to sit in it next to my fireplace with a nice glass of bourbon.
